About Me

Joy Nwaiwu is a community and communications specialist focusing on crafting compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences and driving brand advocacy through sustainable community management.

She has worked with Silicon Valley companies and local brands, developing content and managing communities ranging from less than 100 to over 100,000 members across various platforms. She currently manages the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Rivers State community, a key national initiative operating as one of the world’s largest technical talent accelerators.

As a Meta Certified Community Manager, Joy brings a data-driven approach to her work. She is a public speaker, event host, and mentor, recognised as a top 1% mentor on ADPList. Also a mentor with the MentHer organisation and Techrity, where she shares her expertise with aspiring professionals worldwide and business, guiding them in their career journeys and personal growth.
